Avocado Recipe Guacamole

Some people like the avocados more chunky than others either way it tastes great. The critical measurements are lemon juice and salt. Then if you want add chopped cilantro chiles onion and or tomato. Immediately mix in remaining ingredients.
To cut the avocados run a knife around the avocado from top to bottom and twist in half. After that a little lime or lemon juice a splash of acidity will help to balance the richness of the avocado. Place avocados into a medium bowl and mash and stir until moderately creamy. Pull out and discard the pit.
Instructions place avocados in a bowl and mash with a fork. Carve out the flesh of the avocado with a tablespoon. If you happen to have cilantro on hand then by all means add that too. Using a spoon or your thumb remove the flesh and place into a medium sized bowl.
