Banana Zucchini Bread Recipe
Add flour baking powder baking soda cinnamon salt vanilla and nuts.

Add oil brown sugar white sugar grated zucchini bananas and vanilla. Mash bananas and set aside. 1 4 cup coconut sugar or light or dark brown sugar. Directions shred zucchini and set aside.
Ingredients 4 large eggs room temperature 2 cups sugar 1 cup vegetable oil 2 medium ripe bananas mashed about 1 cup 3 cups all purpose flour 1 1 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 1 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 1 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt 1 1 2 cups shredded unpeeled zucchini 1 cup. 1 4 cup coconut oil melted and cooled to room temperature or use very light olive oil or canola oil 1 1 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract. 1 cup mashed ripe banana about 2 medium bananas. 1 3 cup honey or pure maple syrup.
Blend together until well combined. Stir in zucchini and banana until well combined.
